Rafael pastors Centro Bíblico Vida Nueva church in Chimaltenango, Guatemala, with the support of his wife, Lisa.
He has been known for his nickname Tico since he was a child. His ministry involves pastoring a church, teaching in different churches and conferences in Guatemala and some countries in Central America as well as in the United States. His love for nature has opened doors to share the gospel to people involved in several sports and hobbies.
Lisa is involved with leading the women of the church in studying the Bible as well as serving in other practical areas pertaining to pastors wives. She also participates occasionally in teaching opportunities for women in local churches.
Tico is involved in ministries outside of the church in order to serve the Lord, the local and global church and supplement his support understanding that God is the provider for his family.
Leadership Training Center is strategically located in north eastern India. Through their Bible College, School of Evangelism, Christian School, Children's Ministry, Free Medical camps, relief work, and many other avenues, the seminary equips young men and women to share the gospel throughout India and surrounding countries as well as conducting out reach programs to reach the local people with the gospel. Alem Longchar, alongside his wife and three children, is the current director of LTC. Alem holds a ThM from Southwestern Theological seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
